These terms govern your use of Marker ("the extension") and this website, provided by House of Arqam Ventures LLC ("we"). By installing the extension you agree to them.
The extension offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" tier. We may change, add or remove features, and we may discontinue the extension with reasonable notice to Pro customers.
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service enquiries and handles returns and taxes. Prices are shown before tax; applicable VAT or sales tax is added at checkout.
If you are not satisfied, email hello@paidextension.dev within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. After a refund the license is revoked and the extension returns to the free tier.
Do not share, resell, or attempt to circumvent license keys, and do not use the extension to violate any website's terms or any law.
The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the extension is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be noted on this page.
